1. Who operates this test?
The test website and chatbot pilot are operated by CP Web Design, an independent web design service. “CP Test Company” is a fictional test profile used only for evaluating chatbot integration.

2. What information may be processed?
- When the AI chatbot is active and you use it: your chat messages and the assistant's responses.
- Technical information required for delivery, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, which may include browser/session identifiers, request timestamps and network information.
- Aggregate AI usage statistics such as request and token counts and estimated cost.
The AI-only pilot does not request your name, phone number, or email through a lead form. Please do not put personal, confidential, financial, medical or other sensitive information into test messages.
3. Why is this information used?
Only to operate and evaluate the chatbot on a separate domain, generate AI replies, troubleshoot technical issues, prevent abuse and manage usage limits. No advertising or marketing profiling is part of this pilot.
4. Which services are involved?
The static test website is served by Cloudflare Pages. The CP ChatBot backend runs on Hostinger, and chatbot prompts are processed using the OpenAI API when the pilot is enabled. Relevant technical data may be processed by these providers to deliver their services.
Data may be processed outside your country, subject to the relevant providers' arrangements and applicable legal requirements.
5. How long is information kept?
The chatbot is designed for a limited pilot and records aggregate usage statistics for operational monitoring. Messages may be held temporarily for the active session and processed by service providers. Technical records can be retained according to infrastructure providers' applicable settings and policies. This page does not promise immediate deletion or a specific retention time for all provider-side logs.
6. Cookies and security
Technical session information or similar browser mechanisms may be used for chatbot functionality and security. The website is served over HTTPS, and access controls and usage limits are applied to the chatbot backend. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You can avoid the chatbot and still view this demonstration website. For questions about information submitted during the test, or requests to access or erase personal data where applicable, email contact@cwebdesignp.com. We will review requests in light of applicable data-protection law and the systems involved.
8. Changes
This notice may be updated as the pilot's features and data flows change. Any future customer deployment requires a business-specific privacy review and notice.
